Dave was fantastic. We moved from California to Arizona and Dave showed us many, many houses in our three preferred areas. Once we decided on a home and made an offer he was there every step of the way, overseeing things we couldn't from a distance. We felt very comfortable knowing that Dave was keeping an eye on things and moving the process forward. He is extremely knowledgeable, knows who to call to get things done and his calm, easy going personality is a perfect balance to what can be a very stressful time. We hope to not move for a long time, but when we do, Dave will be the first person we call.

I purchased my first house through Dave in 2011 and he really walked me through the steps for a first time buyer. He was very patient and we looked at about 30 homes before purchasing a home. In addition to buying my first house with Dave, Dave sold my first house for me in 2015. Dave was in constant communication with me and handled any questions or concerns that occurred. Dave helped me to sell my Tempe house and a house in Phoenix. I interviewed several realtors and Dave provided the basic information necessary to price the home, but when I wanted to try a higher number he was completely willing and supportive. The other realtors would not consider the possibility. The home sold in less than a month and we got the higher price. Dave also helped me to buy a townhouse. He was extremely patient and showed me about a million homes. I finally settled on one specific neighborhood that is almost impossible to get into, but Dave kept an eye out and was able to see the home the very first day it was on the market.
