DON'T USE DAVE'S!!!!!

Dealt with Dave's on 12/28 & 12/29 of 2015. Dave had asked where car went, I told him dealership name. He asked where at that dealership. I told him I wasn't sure but gave him the name of my contact at dealership and told him to ask that person. That person would look at car and know where it should go. Driver dropped car and THEN found that person to deliver the keys. Car is in wrong place and I must now hire a DIFFERENT tower to move car from one place in dealership to another. When I called to complain, Dave began arguing with me and used profanities with me 4 times. His excuse was that the dealership was a big place, how was he supposed to know who was who there. When the fellow at the dealership told me that the car needed to be moved again, he said that they ALWAYS use Dave's. This tells me that Dave's excuse was feeble, also ... the driver had no trouble finding the person I'd instructed him to ask in order to give him the keys after he unloaded the car. If he had found that person three minutes sooner, there would have been no problem. It's good that they don't call themselves "Dave's Towing Service" because they have ZERO interest in service ... just billing you.
