My main focus is functional movement with heavy emphasis on proper proprioception and dynamic kinesthetic movement. Functional training is training your body to do what it was designed to do, only more efficiently. This type of training will increase your caloric expenditure for an extended period of time resulting in greater healthy weight loss, body toning, and conditioning. My clients' goals vary from losing a few inches around the waist to more sport specific goals like improving their rotational power for martial arts kicks, tennis, or golf.
