My daughter and her husband made an appointment with a specific counselor here and were STOOD UP. They made a second appointment and were again STOOD UP. When they called the office to get somebody to address their concern they were treated with disregard, told that counselor might be leaving the business and nobody ever followed up with them. When a business claims to be "christian" based, people should be able to expect just a little professionalism or at least a little concern. When people reach out for help they shouldn't be totally disregarded.
