I called at 4 pm on a Friday on the hottest day of the year. A technician was at my house in less than 30 minutes. The work was completed by 5 pm and is running great!

My air conditioning went out recently. I knew exactly what was wrong with it (it was a starting capacitator). It was 8 o'clock at night and no one was open to sell the parts. I called him and he showed up one and a half hour later. He replaced the parts and did some adjustment and now it's the payment time. The part that I needed runs about $26 to $35. I was expected him to mark up the price maybe about $100. I was WRONG. He charged me $220 (he said it comes with a year warranty, since when the product warranty is 10 times more that the product itself) just for the part and service fee of $135. I was speechless. I thought maybe this starting capacitator can somehow shed out gold (of course not). To be fair, service itself was great, I really appreciate him coming over to my house to fix my air conditioner and that is why I was so disappointed when he showed me the unreasonably marked up price of the part. I really don't like to be taken advantage of just like anyone else and taking advantage of people is never a good business or a good deed. I do not recommend this company for your air conditioning repair, or if you just want to spend money, go with someone else and donate the rest of money to SPCA.

Dave has done work for me on numerous occasions in the past, and recently, and is always courteous and fair. His prices are definatley competetive and the service is fast. He is quite competent and knowledgable and I would reccomend him to anyone. He also explains every situation until he is satisfied that I understand what the situation is and what he must do to rectifiy it.

Just wanted to say thank you for the professional installation of our heat pump unit. It is comforting to know that there are still honest, hard working people like you and Sherry and also that the same person who came and gave us the estimate was indeed the same person that did the work! From day 1 with our initial assessment through final completion we experienced nothing short of outstanding service from your company. There was no additional visits required meaning that the install was done right the first time. We thank you again for your fair price and timely installation and we would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone that would be in the market for a heat pump.

I would like to share my business experience with David Sloan Heating and Air. David was recommended to me by a family member to repair

some minor HVAC problems I had at a rental unit that I own. Dave was in the middle of a large job, however he took the time to come over late

on a Saturday afternoon to look at a heating problem I had. Dave was able to temporarily repair the problem and then returned on Monday with the

necessary equipment to fix the problem. Dave has been very responsive to all my service requests and the integrity of his work has been superior.

As a result of his past service quality I have utilized his services several times and recently had Dave to remove and install a new HVAC unit into one of

my rental units. As usual, his service was prompt, efficient and of the highest quality. In short, I would highly recommend David Sloan Heating and Air

for all my heating and air conditioning needs and will continue to utilize his service for all of my future HVAC repair and installation.

David Sloan Heating and Air installed a brand new top of the line air conditioning and heating unit in our home several months ago. We had a messy oil heater in our garage with an air conditioning unit outside. When David and his crew came to our home they were professional and neat. They picked up after themselves and even with the oil heater unit they were able to take it out and have it picked up without any mess. They finished the job quickly and it works perfectly saving us money each month on our electric bill.



I would recommend this company to anyone interested either in upgrading their existing unit or servicing the one you have. I won’t call anyone else from now on. And their prices are great too.

His shotty work has yet to be told...I am working on it...Contact the BBB before you contact him. He is all about making money and does not care about you and your needs. I will make sure the work he did for me and the story will be told....I am sure by being sued it will be told publicly as well.

After reading what I have seen from the customers you did work for and your comment......I would never call you for work, you cannot even spell correctly, not to mention you are saying you did bad work because of a home warranty. You should have at least gone out there and corrected your bad work. People, in this day and time, want good work. I am sure people in your field want to have work so they get paid. We all need to stick together and demand we get what we pay for and that is work that is performed properly and be proud of the work you do. You do not seem proud. You are the company who took advantage before the economy changed. Now us hard workers have options on how and who to spend our money and that is a company with customer service. I will make sure I spread this word around about your lack of work ethic. DO NOT CALL DAVIS SLOAN!!!! Your attitude you catch up with you. You have no right to make excuses for a job NOT well done.

This man put a brand new AC unit in my house and improperly installed it. Since he improperly installed the AC unit, I am without heat right now. Evaporation from the coil caused drain to overflow and water to drip into the furnace rusting it out. I was told by another company we could have died from carbon monoxide. So I would NOT recommend this company doing any heat and air work to anyone. He should be sued for his improper install because he has yet to come fix his mistake.
