Provided by YP.comTheir technicians broke our unit and never returned to fix it leaving two elderly people without heat. They told them to run the unit on emergency and that it needed a valve which they would order and return to install. After many phonecalls to them they never returned and remain unresponsive. They also overcharged the compressor on several occasions leaving the unit ready for Burn Out. Call Someone Else!!
Customer called Mr. Dawson went to his home. Unit had leak in the evaporator coil. Service technician replaced coil under warranty. A few days later customer called back, a service technician went to home, the new coil just installed went bad. Service technician replaced with another new coil. Mr. Dawson was called a few weeks later Freon pressure was too high we ordered a new TXV valve, mean while customer called another AC Company. They told the customer we had overcharged unit with Freon. Customers’ grandson called into the office using profanity toward the secretary and did not want us back on the job. A few months later his grandson called back using profanity again and stated he would sue us. Mr. Dawson was going to call back and tell the grandson to stop using profanity but he was afraid he would get mad so therefore he did not call back
