AC went out on a Friday,warranty Co. referred this Co. They came on Saturday and discovered it was a faulty thermostat. The tech told me he had just installed his last thermostat and would not be back until Monday. Monday morning I got a call from their office that the tech would be there today but could not give me a time,i waited until 8:00 pm and there was a no call, no show. In the meantime it was reaching 93 degrees in my house so I purchased a thermostat from Lowes and installed it myself. This was after I had paid them a $55.00 service call. I called there office on Tuesday morning and asked why no one showed or called, her response was she did not know. She was very rude and their Co. is very unprofessional. My recommendation is with all the AC companies in Las Vegas, use someone else.
