This company is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I called to see if I could possibly have any existing accounts in their office and the lady who answered the phone couldn't be anymore clear that she didn't want to help me or do her job. Talk about NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Maybe you should find a job you actually like and are better at doing ....... NO STARS!!!! Its a shame that the business star rating is rigged so that I even have to give you one

NO STARS-some jerk wad from this place called me telling me I going to be served If I didn't help him locate some one I didn't even know. I yield at him and hung up as I knew he was a debt collector fishing.

He called back and said he was sending the police right over to serve me, because I was LYING- I told him to go for it send them over- I'm still waiting- Totally unprofessional people.

DCN did a great job collecting my money! I don't normally leave feedback like this, but I have never been so happy with a company before! I thought i would have to take the person who owed money to court and I have never tried using a collection agency to recover my money, but it worked and it didn't take long! Thank you DCN!
