I've been using Deep Cleaning for over two years and have never been disappointed with their service. They have a great team that comes to my home every other week while I'm at work and do an amazing job. I totally trust them to arrive and depart without being present while they clean. They strive to provide the best Customer Service possible and accommodate schedule changes.

I have used Deep Cleaning for over 3 years. They are reliable, flexible, and have been able to help us as our family has grown. They have been able to pick up extra responsibilities and adjust schedules as needed. Highly recommended.

I work full time and I have trusted Deep Cleaning to clean my home every other week since I had my first child in 2010. They are dependable and affordable and walking in to a completely clean house is such a treat! The cleaners do a great job and communicating with the office is easy and efficient. It's simple to make requests via email and a response is received right away. They are very accommodating. Thanks for keeping my house clean and my stress level low. We have been using Deep Cleaning since 2008 & have been very happy with their performance. Anytime I need to add a little something extra to our cleaning or am having an upcoming party, there is never any problem getting extra cleaning or an extra day. They do a great job, are very pleasant & we would go to anyone else.

I use Deep Cleaning twice per month. They are always on time, careful with my home, cheerful while they work, and they leave my home very well cleaned! I look forward to them coming and know that my home will be left looking amazing! I appreciate my team and their communication with me along with the ease of communicating with the main office. I usually email any special requests and hear back often within the same day. Before I began using a cleaning company, I interviewed 3 others in my area. All of them were higher priced and less personable. I appreciate Deep Cleaning's friendliness and customer service as much as their quality work. I would highly recommend this company!

When I spoke with Suzie (manager) over the phone and scheduled an appt for her to come out and give me a bid for a bi-weekly cleaning, she said all the right things! On the day of the appt, the owner called and said that Suzie needed to reschedule the appt.. The next day she called and rescheduled. Whe she gave the bid, she went over all the concerns and assured me that thr cleaners would exceed all my expectations!! I decided to move forward and give them a try! Worst mistake ever!!.

The 2 cleaners started upstairs and did ok! Not to my standards but it was accepable! My husband decided to pay them once they started to clean the downstairs because he wanted them to be motivated by the tip!! 5 minutes later they were gone and the job was not even close to being finished! Only 1/2 the home was clean! When i called Suzie, she told me that they ran out of time!!! Hourly was not even a part of our agreement!! She hung up and never called me again!! What a joke!! Do Not Trust Them!!! Run as fast as u can before u become their next victim!!!!
