With limited options for flying out of Des Moines, I picked NWA to get me to Nevada. Routed through Minneapolis on my flight out and Mephis on the way back, it was just okay. Flights were on time, but service was lack luster. And it took the flight attendant 45 minutes to bring me change after I bought one of the snack packs. I think if I hadn't reminded her she would have kept the $15 for herself. Next time I'm picking a different airline if I can.

staff is reliable and professional...never had trouble with this airline

I flew into NY on Northwest. The flight staff was great. The food was really good for airline food.the flight was very smooth. Some of the best pilots around.

I realize that delays are not uncommon anymore but I can honestly say that of all the airlines I've traveled on this is the only one where I've always had a bad experience. It's also the only one where I experienced a 3 hour delay, late at night, having the baggage unloaded from the plane. If you can't find an alternate airline try walking. You'll arrive at your destination faster.

Not alot of flights out of Philly so it is easy finding the gate, getting help and switching to other airlines if necessary

This airline doesn't care about their customer in the least bit. After they recieve your money, they are done with you. It makes sense why they are the least expensive... I'd rather pay a little extra than have to miss a flight due to their own planes not being able to start. But I did get home safely (a day later)

THEY HAD VERY LOW RATES

These folks ripped me off. I bought a ticket to return home from vacation. I picked a flight leaving in the afternoon, it was more money, but I didn't want to fly the red eye. Right before my departure, they cancelled my flight, and stuck me on the red eye anyway. Then they refused to do anything about it. Use US airways!

MY JOB CONSIST OF ME CALLING DIFFERENT PLACES OF BUSINESS AND SPEAKING TO SOMEONE REGARDING MEDICAL COVERAGE, AND THAT WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. EVERY PHONE NUMBER THAT IS GIVEN IS CONNECTED TO AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM.
