Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Incompetent and disturbingly
Mentally slow. Waited over an hour and a half for a 40min pick up. Only to call and be told he was sent on another call over 40 mins away.no call. No text. I explained, I would be getting picked up. The gentleman told me to leave my keys in the car. As they would need to put it in neutral. I explained I was unable to do that as the issue with the car, was that it wouldn't start the car was a push to start and it was stuck in the ACC position the steering wheel was locked and the interior lights were stuck on. The car wouldn't shift gears. He proceeded to ask me If I knew how to tow and then hung up on me. I immediately cancelled the order. Don't waste your time with this company. They aren't worth the penny or the headache especially when you're in a stressful situation.

If I could go below 1 star I would. This has to be the worst towing company. They said they will be there in an hour. After 3 hours of waiting still no one. Can't get anyone on the phone. Save yourself and call someone else.
