This guy is great! I'm having a pond put in. Tom has done most of the work by himself and has given me ideas and extras that have transformed my back yard (10 acres) into a outdoor playground. He's putting in dock posts that are actually trees he has cut from another location, when I finish the dock it will be the greatest place to fish, swim or just lounge. He cut trails through my wooded areas for my ATV, put ramps on an ATV track. He works late into the evening/night perfecting the pond's dam and leaving paths and trails around that take advantage of the surrounding landscape and woods. He is obviously very experienced at laying out the location and making sure the pond has abundant water sources for year-round fishing, skating etc. I had another area that was sort of a pond, but more of a mudhole, he dug that out and cleaned up the trees, giving us another beautiful feature in an otherwise plain grass covered field. I can't tell you how happy I am with his work. I only wish all contractors had this kind of creativity and work ethic.
