Nick was great he fixed my plugged drain in less than an hour

Bob, the plummer showed up to fix our toilet flushing problem. Since it was flushing ok when he tried it he was going to leave with us paying the deductable with our home warranty plan. I showed him if we flushed it a few times he would see that it is not shutting off more than it is working correctly. He didn't know if he would be paid if he had to order parts and come back out. He later happened to find a part & replaced it. He then thought we should lubricate the handle. My husband gave him a spray lube that he had on hand since Bob didn't know what he might have in his van. It worked for a few flushes & he left & said that with the 3 of us putting our heads together we got it fixed. I told him I would not say it is shutting off as it is suppopsed to until I can try it more. The very first time I flushed it after he left it did not shut off. 15 days later & still waiting to have it fixed correctly. He now says we need a new toilet but hasn't been back out to look at it!

Jameson was my service tech. Great service and quick response time. He informed me that my main line was pluged and needed to be ran out. He did a great job and cleaned up what little mess there was. I would tell all my friends to ask for Jameson!

Josh is great. He checked the areas that I told him we were having problems with and the areas that we usually have taken care of. He checked first; cleaned the usual areas and then waited long enough to make sure everything was working right. It wasn't perfect so he told me what he felt should be done and let me decide. I asked him to go ahead and he did. The small area that didn't seem important was the real cause just as he said it may be. Now EVERYTHING runs like it is supposed to and the price was reasonable and fair. Dependable is exactly that DEPENDABLE and Josh is a face that the company can point to that proves the name right every time. Thanks.

Very friendly honest staff. They did not push extras, or sell me anything I did not need. They reviewed my entire system and solved my problem quickly. I would highly recommend them.

You couldn't ask for better, more polite, more efficient service from a more personable guy than Josh Smith. We called for assistance and within less than 2 hours, Josh arrived at our home just when we were told he would. He examined the situation and went right to work. We will certainly continue to "depend on Dependable!"...as we have in the past...and would recommend this service (at a very appropriate cost) to anyonein need of assistance.

I've had Dependable Sewer Cleaners out to my house several times in the past and every time they fix the problem quickly and professionally. My most recent service call (02-13-2012) was performed by Bill Williams. I would recommend this company to any one who needs sewer services.
