If you get towed by this company call the Police!!! These people are scammers, they go around Brooklyn praying on people! I have very horrible experience! The owner name Mike treated me like SHIT! I was car accident on 10/10/16 at 4:00 pm, they towed my car in his shop. I called them I need to pick up my car on next day morning at 9:00 am. They told me that if I go to towing my car out, they have to charged me $500 fee in cash. I texted him and went to his shop at 9:30 in next day morning. I was waiting him for almost 2 hours. Then he told me that I have to pay him $712 for towing car. I asked him why you guys charged me too much money. He told me that today is holiday, if you did not pay me today, you would never get your car back. This guy was irate, nasty, and vulgar, in addition, he is discriminate again Asian people. Please make sure you contact the police when dealing with this people. The police could not do much, they suggested to call the consumer affair complain! Be ware of this truck!

Very rude owner!!Had my car towed to this lot not by choice, The owner was very disrespectful and kept yelling at me.. telling me I'm not his customer when my car is on his lot. he asked me if i will use his tow truck or body shop and when i told him i wont because i have mine he said ill have to wait then, after I've waited for him for over 2 hours outside the lot in the cold, before his arrival he told me over the phone to come prepared with some cash and when he finally arrived. i asked him to provide me with legal receipt of my statement and he showed me his iPhone notes which wasn't organized, than drove off without releasing my car. i had to get a lawyer to call him and speak to him directly to have my car released cause he being disrespectful. he thinks that since your car on his lot he owns you but its not the way to do business. people already going through horrible time trying to get their vehicle out and he makes it just harder on them. Definitely not dependable!!
