I am completely appalled at the treatment my friends and I had from this company. The driver was having trouble finding the location we were going to and my friend innocently asked him why he didn't have a GPS. The driver got angry, said "I don't need this" and told us to get out of the cab on a deserted street and we had no idea where we were, since we were from out of town. I tried to appeal to the driver and he just kept stating "get out, get out, get out". So we left the taxi and I called the company he worked for. The person who answered the phone said he already knew why I was calling and when I tried to explain what happened he hung up on me. I called back a second time and asked him to please let me explain and he said "No" and hung up on me again. At no time did I raise my voice or act in any way besides calm. I can't believe a company that treats people like this can still be in business. Don't use this company if you don't want to risk being stranded somewhere because the driver is in a bad mood that day. By the way, the number of the taxi was 68.
