these guys were supposed to deliever a car they got to be at night and was impossible to inspect the car, plus the car was extremely dirty and you couldnt see anything. I stated on the delievery report that its to dark and that i would inspect the car the next day after i wash it.
The car was delievered to me with ALOT of scratches alot of which are deep scratches that cant be buffed out. also after the wash i noticed a few other things. hard water spots all over the car, they wouldnt come off no matter what i tried to do. ontop of it all, it had paint damage several different spots of the car and it had a chip on the edge of the hood....
I Purchased a 2014 Subaru Brz and they sent it to me like this. it had more damage then miles.
If you buy a car from Heubergmoters do not let Diamond Express Deliver it to you. ask for a different company and ask for a closed top/closed container type delievery.
The owner started off sounding like they would pay for everything and it ended up to "its water spots im not giving you more then 300"
the cost for the paint correction, fixing the chip, and all the deap scratches was $900. and my car being in a shop for 2 days.
They were extremely rude. extremely careless. and not helpful. i dont suggest them at all.

Provided by YP.comDelivery driver scratched the paint of my brand new car. Had the car running and idleling for 15 mins. He also scraped my bottom bumper and chip the driver's side door edge. Joe, the owner, said he would pay out of pocket to repair all damages. Chips and scratches were repaired via touch-up paint by a third party vendor and Joe would only pay to have the hood's paint corrected along with a full exterior detail(wash and wax) when his driver scratched up just about every panel. So a $300 repair was supplemented with a $125 check, even though the local detailer quoted him $135. I'd say Joe was no help and pretty horrible at replying to emails and really horrible at satisfying a customer. Would never recommend to anybody!

Provided by YP.comTerrible shipping company. They lost my car, and could not get a hold of the driver for a week. When the car did arrive unannounced, it was damaged. The driver spoke no English and had me sign the delivery papers without checking for damages. When I reported the damages to Diamond Express they told me it was my fault for not putting the damages down on the paper the drive made me sign. What a mess. I would never use them again or recommend them to any one.
