Provided by YP.comI Called Geico. They sent diamondback towing to jump my van. I received a call from Sean saying he was running 30 minutes behind. Very kind, respectful gentleman. The battery is different because the van is oversized, but he knew exactly what to do. He was here and gone in 5 minutes. Very satisfied. I will ask for them if I need assistance again! Thanks Sean!!!

Provided by YP.comIf I could leave 0 stars then that would be my choice. These guys don't know What they are doing and are the rudest people I have ever met. Geico tried setting me up with them and an hour past my pick up time they call me and tell me they don't have the right equipment to pick up my car, While I had an appointment time to arrive at the dealership. Absolute joke... Definetly do NOT recommend

Provided by YPmobileThis company is unsafe and dangerous. Geico called them for us because of car broke down . They picked the car up no problems. When we got to our house driver was doing his thing I watched him undo the chains from front of car then he told me to put the car in neutral. I assumed he was going to lower it down with the winch. As soon as I put the car in neutral it rolled off and smashed into our shed. Thank God there was no one in front of it . Driver lied said he didn't tell me that and the scumbag owner was rude and offensive when we tried to be compensated for his employees neglect .

Provided by YPmobileI was petrified when I saw the ratings on this company. Geico sent them to pick me up in jersey and go to Staten Island. We were picked up within about an hour and half. The driver john, was great. We got back home safe and sound. He took side roads to avoid the traffic also. We had a good experience.

Provided by YP.comNever use these people, I don't understand why Geico has a contract with this company. Incredibly unprofessional and their tow trucks are broken down pieces of junk. Actually, they had to drive me along while towing my car to the dealership; no working seat belt and the passenger door didn't close properly, I literally had to hold the door shut the entire ride, while not having the capability of wearing a seat belt. PLEASE, GO ELSEWHERE!

Provided by YP.comCouldn't agree more with the other reviewers. This is the worst and most unprofessional company I had to deal with. They didn't show up till one hour past the ETA so I started getting concerned since the repair shop was suppose to close soon. After calling multiple times, the guy finally answered the phone and was extremely rude (Like really really rude - I still can't believe anyone would talk like that; esp if its their own fault). Anyways, I hung up and immediately called Geico - Geico contacted them and he told Geico rep that they can't make it today - Can you believe it???
I seriously don't know how they are still in business - I opened a compain case via Geico as well to get them removed from the preferred vendors list - Please do the same if you have the bad luck to deal with them ever !

Provided by YPmobileCar broke down at noon. Geico said Diamondback would be there at 1. 5 hours and several unanswered calls later Geico finally got them on the line. 5 HOURS!!!!
The guy claimed it was bad weather and they were busy. Granted, it did snow but the storm didn't hit until 2 hours after the expected ETA. No excuse. Even if that is the case, no effort was made to contact me to make me away of the delay.
The driver was rude, everyone I spoke to on the phone were. Should I need roadside assistance I am explicitly asking for anyone but this service. I would sooner push the vehicle. It would certainly get there faster.

Provided by YPmobileI've never been so disrespected for absolutely no reason. I am literally shaking right now with how upsetting this situation is. I needed my car towed because it broke down. My insurance company chose diamondback. They took over an hour past the time they were supposed to arrive. When I tried calling there was no answer. When I finally got through, without a hi or hello, the man on the other end started screaming "CANT YOU HEAR IM ON THE PHONE?!? NOW WHAT CAN I HELP YOU WITH?!?!" I ignored the rudeness as I was already upset from my car situation. After the car was picked up it was to be towed to my dealership to be serviced. I gave the man instructions on where to leave it. The next day my mechanic could not find the keys. Reluctantly, I called diamondback. Again no answer. I tried 2 different numbers that were listed on my receipt and 1 that I was redirected to. Once again the man picked up screaming "CANT YOU HEAR IM ON THE PHONE WITH AN IMPORTANT CALL?! I SAW YOU CALLED ILL CALL YOU BACK" apparently my business did not warrant as "important enough". He continued to keep screaming and telling me how rude I was for interrupting. Finally when he was done he asked me what he could help me with. (Because wasting all that time yelling was worth interrupting his call not actually trying to help his customer. ) he told me the keys were left in a drop box. I called my dealer ..they don't have a drop box. After calling back and forth 3 times I asked if he could contact the driver. He said no. Then he said he'll try but the driver probably won't answer. Within a minutes time he called me back stating the driver had left the keys in a truck that was parked next to my car. .. Like that was a normal business practice, like we should have assumed they would be there. The driver had absolutely no right or permission to open any other vehicle. He left the car in a gated, locked lot.. Even if he left my keys in the ignition it would not be able to go anywhere. The whole experience was completely unprofessional and more aggravating than my car dying and being immobile. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY BUSINESS!!!
