These people do not show up when they say they will. Ask for an estimate and they will show up when you are not home and cut the tree down. Then keep coming to your house without calling first and asking for money.

They do not deserve even part of a star! I called and asked for an estimate on dropping a tree. They said they would be there the next day. The never called or showed up. The showed Monday while I was at work. They never caleed first or anything. So now I have strange men showing up at my house unannounced while my teenage daughter is home alone. My daughter calls me at work (never a good thing) to ask me which tree the men were here for. I apologized to her and told her which tree. She called me back a few minutes later and said $450. I said okay and we hung up the phone. I came home after work to a tree laying in my yard. I was so upset!!! I did not have $450.00. I tried to call again and got voicemail they did not call me back, but showed up at my house again unannounced while I was at work!!! We later talked to the guy who took the tree down, Josh Dickenson and explained the misuderstanding. We had originally talked to his father David so when he gave the estimate and I said okay, he thought I meant okay cut it down. I didn't know it was not the same person that we talked to before that we said we just want an estimate. That was June 6th, we said we would have some money for him on Friday after next we recommended him to friends. Nice people big misunderstanding, but they are working with us. Well June 17th 11 days later he shows up announced during work hours AGAIN! We told him we would go by the bank after work, we took him half $225 and he said he needed all of it. So by working with us because they messed up and took out a tree that we just wanted an estimate on, he really just meant I will give you a week to come up with the money!!! I would not reccommend them to ANYONE! They can't don't show up when they are suppose to. then they take trees down when you want an estimate.
