The customer service is fantastic. When you call their office, they immediately put you in touch with one of their on the field technicians, who are very professional. We had an older system that was having issues due to mishandling by previous tenants, and both times they had a technician to our place within 24 hours. We were also having problems with our landline, and they were able to fix that with no extra change.



Seriously, for the price and the service, Digital Security Concepts is a no brainer!

I had a great experience with every step of the process with these guys, from my first call to them, through sign-up with wiring, installation of my new burglar alarm & video surveillance system , and follow-up. They've made me feel safe and taken care of. They were prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Victor our installer was impeccably precise and honest with us. Highly recommend.

Our technician from Digital Security was extremely professional & knowledgeable, he worked with the existing old alarm wiring, and helped us to determine the best mix of products to satisfy our needs with very competitive pricing.

I shopped around and gathered information from several alarm companies before settling on Digital Security Concepts. Dave spent a long time answering my questions both over the phone and via email. The sales & installation staff did an awesome job with the setup and walk-through on all the features that came with the system. Since we are in the middle of a renovation, Tech Victor showed me how I can move around different parts and keep the system running. Even offered to come back out if I have any issues. Very professional and friendly. I will continue to do business with this company in the future.

I called Digital security concepts and scheduled an appointment for someone to come to my home and determine what I would need. The day of my scheduled appointment my assigned sales rep called to reschedule an appointment because he got into a accident. So we decided to reschedule our appointment but he suggested to send someone else if that was ok with me, so after little hesitation I accepted his offer. A hour latest another sales rep Ellen showed up and apologized for the rescheduled appointment and she even brought me a bag of cookies. Long story short I end up getting a ADT Pulse system installed by digital security concepts the very next day. My new system allows me control my entire system through an ADT home automation app, I am able to control my thermostat from my iPhone. All in all I am very happy with my new alarm system. I can sleep at night knowing I have an alarm. Plus on the second story of town home helps......and a French bulldog that barks at anything. I would give digital security concepts 5 stars for their awesome customer service and professional and knowledgeable staff.

I started a doctoral program in New York City at New York university, and being a broke student, I chose to move to brooklyn not to far from school in less expansive area possible. It's not the best neighborhood compared to NYC, so my mom got scared and said "I'm paying for you to have a security system put in!" Digital Security was awesome. Now I can control my security system, program my thermostat, look at my cameras, and control my door lock from my phone. It's like having a new toy. I spoke with one of the sales manager, Howard, when I was discussing what I wanted, and he was very nice and professional. The installation didn't take very long, and they were also very professional. Ever time I have reached out to them even after the installation, they always respond within hours. I would highly recommend everyone to consider this company for you security and home automation needs.

I deal with vendors all the time as a property manager for 64 units. When I first contacted Digital security concepts their security consultant Howard was honest enough to inform me that he would not come in to do repair work, simply because he does not want an unhappy customer. If he were to come into a mess the chances of this causing stress are much greater. Luckily we had the need for three new systems and his company did the work in a timely manner and the quality has been superb. The way they took time to concern themselves over how things looked on our buildings, along with making intelligent suggestions at every point, convinced me to praise Digital Security Concepts to the management company. They have since hired them for more installations and their reviews are stellar. If all vendors had the work ethic of this company my life would be much easier.

Digital security concepts was recommended to me when I moved to queens. The home we recently purchased had an Digital security concepts system installed when we bought it. We still shopped around with a few different home security companies, but found digital security concepts to be the best value in terms of the monthly fee and the level of service provided.



They were very flexible in scheduling our installation (even when we had to reschedule), and the technician who came out was very efficient in getting everything set up. He also took the time to walk through the details of working the system before leaving. We have found if to be a great product and really appreciate the high quality of service DSC provides. I would recommend digital security concepts for anyone looking for a competitive local Alarm company. My in-laws have recently signed up too!

I was recommended to Digital Security concepts by a friend who had way more money to spend on security system than me, so admittedly I was on guard for $$$. But what began as a cautious in-home meeting with a DSC rep to discuss my relative disinterest in the world of "home security system" ended up being more enlightening than I had envisioned. Finally Digital security Concepts installed a security system at our house and did a great job. There were no surprises and the system they installed covers every part of our house. I'm in the construction business and appreciate professional, reliable, honest contractors. Dave and Ellen are just that and I whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone who wants a top-notch security system.

I finally decided to call Digital Security Concepts to see how much it would roughly cost for a home security system. Ellen was very kind and patient and she explained all the details of the different packages and why certain things cost more or less. After answering all my questions, she was able to get a technician out to my house within two business days. Once the technician arrived to my house, he inspected all the windows and doors and told me exactly what I needed. After he was done setting up he explained step by step how to use my new alarm system. I would highly recommend Digital Security Concepts if you're new to home security systems. They won't push you into buying unnecessary things and hands down they have one of the best customer services!
