The tires installed on our car were NOT the tires we initially requested nor was the work order for the other repairs on our car completed, though they said our car was "ready." We had to return the next day and demand they fulfill the complete work order and install the tires we wanted. The management here was understanding and cooperative and we appreciated that they fulfilled our request though it was really inconvenient for us because it delayed us for another day. Thoroughly check that they do everything you request! If they don't, demand it and at least they'll do it though you may have to wait longer. I hope the business is more throrough and comprehensive in the future before releasing vehicles back to customers. A customer who may not thoroughly check their work order may fall victim to the lack of thoroughness and careful review of this business.
