I'm not sure what happened with this company. They were amazing the first 2 yrs then they started slacking off. The past 3 weeks our trash has not been picked up. No emails back and their voicemail is full! They owe me $75, because I just paid my bill!!

Service seemed to start out fine, they occasionally left a single trash bag in the bottom of the can which is irksome, but whatever. Recently, much like the other review listed here, they just stopped showing up. They skipped us 3 separate times- pretty sure they only came one week because we actually called to remind them (hey, we pay you!) When we actually got them on the phone for once, they said something like "well, your house is out of the way of our route" as if that's somehow our fault..? You let us pay for the service! Last straw came today- We payed for 3 months on May 11th. They skipped us so many times they offered to credit us an extra month. What do I receive in the mail today? A freaking bill from them! Do not waste your time, you will only be disappointed. Glad I finally found a place to write them a review that wasn't their hand-picked testimonial section on their website.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....VERY UNRELIABLE.....My sister has paid this company one month in advance for services. They are suppose to pick her garbage up every Friday. It has been 3 weeks and they have not picked up her garbage. She has call this company a number of times and email them on from their own website. No one will call her back. I am her sister and I have called and emailed a couple of times. They will not reply to either of us. When you do call, call you get is a voice mail. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. ALL THEY WILL DO IS KEEP YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE
