We have used DLI at our business in the past and with mixed results. The work they did for us was very professional and of good quality, unfortunately the same can't be said for their timeliness and professional attitude.



The outdoor lighting project that most others would have completed in less than a week took over a month to do. Most of that was due to the fact that wen were being "squeezed in" with a small amount of work being done each afternoon after their other work.



Some of the lights stopped working recently aqnd we contacted DLI again and were promised David would be there the next day. From there we got the runaround with him cancelling each day for the next day. His excuses ranged from it being too cold to it being Valentine's Day and his wife would kill him. Finally when we mentioned to him that we have been getting put off for over a week he said he had another call he had to take and would call us back. Never heard from him again.



In short good work at a faitr price but the most unprofessional customer service from an electrical company I have seen.

I called DLI at 9:30 a.m. They set up an appointment for 11:00 a.m. same day. The service man arrived promply at 11:00 a.m. Very professional. Price reasonable, give Seniors discounts. I will use DLI again, and highly recomment them.

The service person arrived promptly. I recieved fair pricing and very profesional service.
