Our office held our annual gala last week at Lake Lanier. We chartered 2 coaches from Dobi Transportation for the day. Their sales team was very patient, courteous and professional as they worked with us on ways to pick up from different areas without losing our allocated time. They arrived 15 minutes before the requested time. The buses were clean, air-conditioned and ready to go. The drivers were the best. They were neatly attired, polite and professional. Without hesitation they picked up our items (coolers, cases of drinks and snacks, picnic baskets) and loaded them unto the bus. We had a great time at Lake Lanier. However we were running late about an hour. So we called the Transportation Manager. He was very understanding and said that since we were having such a good time we did not have to pay the extra hour. We have been on many trips like this and for the first time, we had a bus company that was not worried about the extra hour. We will definitely use their services for our other trip and I will recommend this bus company to all my friends.

I am a travel agent that chartered a bus to go to Port Canaveral with a group.The company demanded to have ALL of the money in full one month prior before leaving even after I had put down $848 which was more than the required deposit.They called me everyday like a bill collector or a company that was out of money. The bus that was sent had no seatbelts,the a/c leaked over 9 passangers,ruined their clothes,the tv's never worked and 1 was missing.The bus was not clean.The windows leaked on 2 of my clients.The a/c went out on the way down.The driver had no seat belt.The windshield wipers were awful.The odometer and speedodometer did not work. The tires were not balanced and the bus shook.I tried to contact the owner after this ordeal, and he never called me back. I am now hiring an attorney,reporting this to the BBB, and informing the DMV regarding the unsafe buses that they use and sending pictures.
