The staff and workers were very courteous given my situation. My washing machine had broken and they came out and fixed it in an hour. They had the replacement parts in house and within an hour, start to finish, phone call to service end, I was all set. Thanks again to the team there

Horrible!!! I bought a used stove from them. 2 years later I needed service and Mr. Dockery questioned whether I had bought it from him. His son came to service it and remembered it right away., A few months later I smelled gas. I called Dockery's and was told to call Con Ed and once they turned the gas off they would send someone right away. When the gas was shut off I called Dockery's and they said that they would send someone the next day and could not give me a time. They don't stand behind their product don't treat their customers very well and are very unreliable.

I have Dockery's to be a reliable source of used appliances. There delivery and repair services are top notch.
