Had the distinct displeasure of a Dodson heavy-duty towing vehicle riding my bumper for 10 miles when returning from DC the other day with my 5yo son. On turning off, I called the phone number on the vehicle to complain only to be railed by the "agent"--probably the very same driver--because I couldn't provide a truck number. Even though I could provide the exact location of the truck, the "agent", it seems, could do nothing without the truck number. The "agent" concluded the phone call with "kiss my as*" and "fu**er". If you use this service, which I would not even consider, expect poor, rude and probably dishonest service. JM

IT WAS VERY UNFORTUNATE THAT I HAD THE UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE OF SPEAKING WITH A VERY RUDE INDIVIDUAL @ DODSON & SON ROAD SERVICE. WHEN I WAS IN A TIME OF NEED, I SURELY DID NOT NEED TO SPOKEN TO AS IF I HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY. I HAVE OWNED MY TRUCKING CO FOR 16 YEARS.
