This company delivers!

After going to the home show this past weekend, I was happy to see our friends at Backyard Playworld & DogWatch! Not only did they remember me from when we bought our play set 5 years ago, they asked how our kids were doing! We decided to purchase a new basketball goal from them for our kids to have this spring. We now have our play set, DogWatch Fene, and soon a basketball goal! When we bought our play set the one thing that always stuck out was we were told that they, as a company, have a vested interested in our satisfaction, as their company is not a one stop shop. So true as we are now on our 3rd purchase!

This is the owner of DogWatch and I am sorry to disappoint you; however, yesterday I did not post a reply. However, I do receive emails from Dex when a review is posted and the rare times I recieve a review, call, email, etc. from someone anonymously, I, along with most people, typically feel it doesn't hold much water. I am sorry about your dog. If you would like to have a civil conversation over the phone or in person I would be more than happy to discuss what it is you felt went wrong and resolve the issue. In a retail/service industry I understand not everyone will be happy, but I firmly believe that a person/company deserves an opportunity to make it right. Since 1993 we have made thousands of customers satisfied, are there problems, yes, but if we are wrong, we will correct it. With no knowledge of your situation I can't comment, but I hope to hear from you so that I can help.

You must be the owner of Dogwatch?

For some odd reason, I left my internet open to this site when I left to take my kids to basketball practice. I hit refresh and found your response. Funny, that sounds like something they said to me. Everything was my fault until they checked the battery, etc. When someone losses a family member, you expect more concern than criticism. Thank goodness you are not my neighbor. Please move on.

Doglover

To Mr./Mrs. "If you love your dog"That is a pretty ignorant review. Did you just get your system installed or have you had for a while with NO problems? When was the last time you checked the battery, or do you check it? If your dog was wondering around, why didn't your neighbors help? Do they like you? Was the system working? Was the collar in the correct place? Has this been an ongoing problem and did you seek help? Regardless of what system you use, they work and save money! I use Infisible Fence becuased I moved into the area with it. I am famalier with DogWatch and their system is excellent as well. I researched them both; however there was not a DogWatch Dealer where I used to live. Take responsibility and don't pass the buck!

If you love your dog, STOP!

My dog chased a rabbit and crashed right through the line! We lost him. My neighbors said that he was wondering around the neighborhood for awhile but we could not find him. He is a beautiful one year old black labador.

Toy Binoculars

Dear Mrs B, after reading your post I could not help but to laugh and thinkd this is some kind of joke. Those things are a TOY and if that offends you I would hate to be your neighbor !!! If I was your neighbor I would laugh at you and give you a name of a counselor because you need help !!! Can you say paranoid !!!

Toy Binoculars

Dear Mrs. BAs a past customer of Backyard Adventures, I was approached by my neighbor about my swing set we have happily had for 6 years about if we were happy with the company. He went on to tell me about the review you had written which lead me to this reply.Not only have we been very satisfied with our set, Backyard Adventures has moved it for us, stained it, and repaired warranty items for us, never have we had any problems.Unless something has changed with the binoculars, last time I checked, aren't those toys? Plus, when we had our set installed, they gave us recommendations on where to put, but it was my final decision.Long story short, my neighbor recently went to Backyard Adventures bought a set and is very satisfied. Oh, they told me that the binoculars are still kid toys.Hmmmmmm

Toy Binoculars

Dear Mrs. BJust to clarify the issue concerning the toy binocular on the set that was installed in your neighbors yard:1. Where the set is placed is the decision of the customer not the company.2. The company did not refuse to help with the situation, the company has offered at no charge to move the toy binoculars; however, that is not what the customer wants done and that issue is between the customer and you, the neighbor.3. The company had never onced said that the manufacturer warranty would not be void if the toy binoculars were moved.

I am a neighbor of someone who had one of these installed. Backyard Adventures placed their product right on our fence line with toy binoculars facing square into my yard and home. When I contacted my neighbor to ask about moving the binoculars he was told if he did any moving of items, the waranty would be voided. Each of us has contacted Backyard Adventures to ask for help. Backyard Adventures refuses to do any help to our situation without additional money being paid to them. How fair is that? This was a HUGE investment, and a poor decision on their part to place their product in a way that violates another's privacy. You would think they would want to make other neighbors interested in their product. Hmmmm.
