This place is AWFUL !! I took my dog to be groomed and he came back FLEA INFESTED and She ( the owner ) DOTTIE didn't even cut his nails and now I have to take my dog to the Vet. Because he is so bad and with Fleas. My poor dog has never had fleas and when I called her about this problem and tried to ask her nicely how she would like to handle this, she basically told me she didn't care. So, I will be taking this matter to her in COURT!!

I have used Dogs By The Sea for more than 5 years. Dottie Naus (owner) just groomed my 3 dogs. First Doittie had me go to her location in town on Whitehead St. Not only was she 30 minutes late, but the place was a dump and there was a sick dog there. i left and Dottie got in touch with me to reschedule. She said that was her step daughter's place and she would take my dogs to her new location on Big Pine. I agreed to that. After waiting for an hour for her, I finally called her. She picked my dogs up but did not cut them correctly. She knew that and said she would come back to resolve that 2 days later when she was in town. She again was to call me first. That didn't happen, my dogs didn't get cut properly and I left 2 messages for her. It's been over a week and she didn't have the courtesy to respond. i am very disappointed and will never use her again. If I can't depend on the owner to keep her word, than i absolutely cannot trust her with my dogs!
