These slimeballs have a state contract that they are using to extort a woman and her daughter, who rely on the car that was stolen from them, for thousands of dollars to get their car back, claiming towing and impound fees (they towed about two miles, and demand $55/day for holding). These are not good people to deal with! Please don't do business with them.
