I went there this morning for an exterior wash, as my car is new. A silver VW Passat. While in the wash tunnel, the taller man on the left wiped down the entire left side, including spraying my alloy wheels. The younger, shorter man, only wiped the front & rear hood, never washed the windows or spray my alloy wheels. Everyone did a good job of drying my card, EXCEPT when I got home, both of my right side alloy wheels were filthy!! I had to wipe, clean them myself with a dry towel. Back in 2013, the crew that was there did an excellent job of washing , cleaning, wiping my Classic car, and my regular car. Then it changed owners, raised prices dramatically, so I didn't go any more. I want to give my car wash business to you, but after this 1st try, I am hesitant. And very disappointed. Can you guarantee me what happened today will never happen again? None of my right side was hand washed, not the front /'rear windows, not the 2 side windows, not the alloy wheels. Why didn't the workers drying the car notice how filthy the right alloy wheels were? Can you earn my business? I'd like to give it to you.
