Provided by YP.comRecently had an issue with my receiver and called Kelly. He asked a few questions and figured out the problem. They were at my house and had the issue fixed that very afternoon. Great customer service by this company. Very seldom do you get a response like that!

Provided by YP.comNeeded a repair to be done 3 days after a storm and when talking to the owner, he said he'd personally come out on a Saturday to do it for me. He never showed up and when I left him a voicemail, he didn't even return my call. I found him through the yellow pages, so I guess this is the place to comment on this experience. I'm a widow and don't climb roofs at my age and depend on people's promises and expertise. I won't be recommending this company for my friends and co-workers looking for satellite installation or repairs.
