Started out great. Greedy greedy company. Charged me $885.00 for an average grade single car garage door motor. I am a female senior citizen and didnt know better until I started asking around (after the fact). Every quote I was given was $400.00 or less! I called this company to ask why I was so overcharged and asked to speak with the manager. I was hung up on twice without ever being connected to the manager. They sub contract out their services which makes the whole situation even harder to deal with. I would NEVER give my recommendation to anyone based on my experience with this company.
I also don't expect that this review will be posted for very long. If one person is saved this anxiety then I will be grateful.

I called this morning after realizing one of my two torsion springs had broken. The rep gave me a quote over the phone, and she had someone at my home within a couple of hours. I'm sorry I didn't ask her name, she was very nice.

The service reps name was Tim, and he was courteous and professional. Furthermore, he performed the service work quickly and efficiently. After he was finished, he took the time to inspect the bearings on the rollers. He didn't try to sale me parts I didn't need, and he acknowledged everything else was in good working condition. Bottom line... my experience with Tim and Door Tech Garage Doors was... OUTSTANDING!!! I would absolutely use them again!!!

All I have to say is Door Tech is simply the Best garage door service company I have worked with…I ran into my garage last night was able to give them a call and they got someone out here first thing this morning!!

Kyle my technician was very knowledgeable and On Point educated me in regards to what the mechanics of the garage were and give me updates on how and what needed to be replaced now and then in the near future you couldn't even ask for a better person to come out and do this type of work for you in the repairs his patience dedication was greatly appreciated and he actually explain every facet of what needed to be done in details without skipping a beat and completing his work my job was a little difficult because unfortunately I had older and older model garage door opener make sure to get those service at least twice a year because that's the most iatrical part of your house if that goes down out of your garage and on with your day.

Thank you Kyle you are the greatest you educated me on what I needed to know and learn about my garage and moving forward you took the time and patience to come out and even though it took you longer than what I expected you were still gracious and providing the excellent service that we expect from a 1 garage door opener I'm going to recommend you guys to everyone that I know thank you so much for your service and your time and coming out within 24 hours to help me get my situation corrected I will be using Door tech in the future thank you

I purchased my custom garage doors from Door Tech Garage, the price was very competitive and installation was flawless. Luke was professional and a pleasure to work with. I give the highest recommendation.
