This company has terrible customer service. They are more concerned about getting their money than even caring in the smallest way how they treat their customers. I talked with the owner himself and have never been treated so rudely in all my years of doing business. I live out of state and we just bought a house out there. We have someone working on it and I needed to order concrete for the front porch. I offered to mail a check from our Colorado bank account. He thought that was strange that we lived out of state and asked for a money order. No problem. Things got real ugly when I simply asked him to mail me the invoice. I offered several times to fax him a copy of my driver's license. He even suggested I go somewhere else for my concrete because he was so scared he wouldn't get his money. I do business on the phone all the time and we've fixed and flipped many houses in Colorado. The owner himself is not even intelligent enough to know that if a person doesn't pay his $200 concrete bill, he can file a lien on their house. They may be slightly cheaper than one of their competitors, but the service is horrific.
