horrible business operations. i dropped off my vehicle for an estimate. when i returned about 2 hours later, they had worked on the vehicle without my authorization and refused to give me my vehicle back without payment. they also charged me for four or five hours of labor after only two hours at most. also, the work they did wasn't the work i asked to have estimated.
