Quick response, great service that took care of our plugged sewer, gave us valuable advice how to help prevent future sewer problems all at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend the drain doctor for any sewer problem.

We discovered a blocked drain in our basement and lots of nasty water around 9:30 pm on the Saturday night before Memorial Day. We called several plumbers who advertised 24hr service, and only reached answering machines. Called Drain Doctor based on previous review (Saturday of a holiday weekend as well) and he was able to come out and fix our problem and showed us ways we can avoid future problems. He was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. We'll call him again in a heartbeat!

The main drain to our house backed up and prevented anything from draining. To make matters worse, this was on a Saturday of a three day weekend. Calling around, I was told that the earliest anyone could get to me was Monday, obviously that wouldn't work.



Next, I called Drain Doctor and was told that he'd see me that afternoon between 4 & 5. At about 4:45, he pulled up and went straight to work. He was so helpful in expalining what he was doing and also enlightening us is how to prevent further issues. On top of all that his price was far less than I expected for Saturday work.



He came through in a pinch and I will call on him again and recommend him to everyone!
