I have been working with drain doctors for years. I have them come out on a semi-annual basis for preventative maintenance on my drains. They always do a great job! And, when I do have a drain line problem, they are always fast to service my lines.

Awful awful awful stay away! We had them out to fix a sewer issue that they did NOT fix, and my basement flooded AGAIN just a few days later. So they came back out and said of course there is no charge because they didn't fix it correctly the first time. Then two months later they send me a past due bill and tell me I never paid for the second service! So I called and left a message saying please call me and let me know why I'm being charged for this when you said I wouldn't be, and the guy calls me back at 7:30 pm YELLING at me telling me I'm rude to question him! Stay the heck away from these awful people!

Terrible service. I have called eight times to inquire about my invoice and they never pick up nor return my messages

Drain Doctor bailed us out of a nasty drain problem that another company said would cost thousands. Joel came out quickly , assessed the problem and within an hour fixed it -- for a fraction of what the other company wanted. They will be our go-to company for plumbing and sewer issues.

I wished I would have contacted this company first, it would have saved me a lot of stress and worry.

From the initial call to 6 months after the service, I can not say enough about these guys (I guess I need to add and one lady).

They were professional, knowledgeable, and more than reasonable. No wonder they have been in business for 20 or more year.

Stupid as I was I contacted a different company, rude from the beginning, late and wanted to take me for 9-10K to replace my line.

DRAIN DOCTORS came out got the line to drain, came back the net day and looked at my line with a little camera, found a couple rough spots, but did not think the line needed to be replaced. They charged me I think 125-135 dollars, a far cry from 9-10K.

It has been 6 months and everything is great.

I would RECOMMEND DRAIN DOCTORS any day.....



I have never had such bad service, my first encounter was when scheduling, should have stopped there.... The men were late arriving, not pleasant, first told me they could clean my big line for one charge, three (3) hours later they came in to tell me that my entire line needed to be dug up and replaced from the house out to the sidewalk. They said it would cost me @9-10K. Who has that kind of money? I told them I needed to get a second opinion and would get back to them. The rate I was given over the phone is not what they charged me. Really the only problem I had was the toilet was backed up.

I called a local competitor, family owned for 20 plus years. They came out immediately, even though it was at night, did not charge extra and snaked the line from the hole for the toilet. They came back the next day to look at my line with a little camera, said the line had a couple of rough spots, but that was all. In total the 9-10K job with Roto-rooter cost $125.00 with the family owned business. It have been 6 months since I had the line snaked and it is still ok. BE CAREFUL
