They came out, took care of the problem and the price was great.

Awful awful awful stay away! We had them out to fix a sewer issue that they did NOT fix, and my basement flooded AGAIN just a few days later. So they came back out and said of course there is no charge because they didn't fix it correctly the first time. Then two months later they send me a past due bill and tell me I never paid for the second service! So I called and left a message saying please call me and let me know why I'm being charged for this when you said I wouldn't be, and the guy calls me back at 7:30 pm YELLING at me telling me I'm rude to question him! Stay the heck away from these awful people!

We had a real mess with our backed up sewer, called Drain Doctors - we use these guys at our restaurant on a regular basis. In my opinion and experience they can open any line anytime. These guys and gal are great!

I wish there were more that 5 stars, cuz Drain Doctors would get them. My initial contact was with Sarah, who was a pleasure to talk with and was very helpful in working with my schedule. Riley performed the service, was prompt, knowledgeable and completed the nasty job quickly & he even cleaned up afterward. The line has been open since he was here in August. I was able to call the office and make a credit card payment with the office manager - what a nice lady. So from start to finish, I had a very positive experience. I later remember reading this was a family owned business, so I believe everyone I was in contact with is related. How nice!!!!

Called for a intermittent drain stoppage and they came out same day. Stoppage did not present during visit.Riley was professional and competent. He provided helpful information. Will definitely call back Drain Doctors with a re-occurrence of the stoppage or any other plumbing issues.I highly recommend Drain Doctors.

I tried Drain Doctors and I experienced no upsell, nothing about the scope or replacing the piples. They came fast and went through the roof vent. Nothing slick about these people at all. I feel these people are much more honest than is common in this business. I actually mentioned another had wanted to replace my lines and he said I don't need it, this is different from most. A couple years ago I needed my lines cleaned (my first time), I got it for a small amount less than this place but they did a locater scope thing and wanted to replace all my pipes in my yard for thousands of dollars. They also did not tighten my toilet properly after they put it back on. Talking to others that seems to be the norm (upselling to the scope then wanting thousands for pipe replacement). Go to these guys for a good quality job and no slick sales routine. Be careful of initial cheaper prices as they make up for it by getting big money out of some of their unwitting customers.

We had a plugged kitchen sink, we thought.... Water under the sink, on the floor, drain not draining. One plumber came and to his credit really tried, but did not have the equipment. He suggested we call here. Drain doctor came the same day and fixed it--it was plugged but way beyond where we thought and it was solidly plugged. Unplugged, Fixed, and on his way and it was not unreasonable.

Wow, we had a big problem, water and stuff backup into our basement. Called Drain Doctors and spoke with Riley, he asked be a couple of questions and was able to help me over the phone to get the backup to stop quickly. He came out later that afternoon and ran cable in our line. Something was blocking the water from draining and when my wife was doing the laundry it backed up. We just moved in and luckily we have an unfinished basement. I will take their suggestion and have them out yearly to prevent this from happening again. I am not the guy who writes reviews, but I want others to know. I agree with all the other reviews I read, these guys are great. MK

Last week as we were beginning our Thanksgiving Day meal preparations, we suddenly had a major plumbing issue! Finding ourselves with water coming up out of multiple drains and with our storage room covered by a 2-inch layer of foul-smelling standing water, we had to unfortunately begin the task of tracking down a plumber that would come out and help us... We felt so badly about ruining someone else's holiday, but we were stuck, unable to use water or flush toilets!Based on the awesome reviews for Drain Doctors, as well as their primary advertisement for their company (24/7 Emergency Service, No Additional Charge), we chose them as the first number we tried. Imagine our surprise when the person who answered our call curtly replied, "We're not taking calls today!"No explanation, no apology, no referral ideas.24 hour emergency service, and a 5 star review!?!?I wanted to offer a "heads up" to other potential seekers of service who might run into this problem...Roto-Rooter was amazing--friendly, quick, and very reasonably priced! Don't waste your time calling Drain Doctors, by whom you may be treated as an annoying inconvenience.

Tried to fix it myself but could not get the clog out, called Drain Doctors on a Saturday morning, they got here within the hour and were done and gone 1/2 hour later.

Drain doctor save you a bunch of mooolah!! Jeff was an awesome dr. And helped to diagnose the project quickly. Awesome service

I can’t say enough about the service I receive from Drain Doctors Drain Cleaners. I have had serious tree root problems for several years. Riley and Joel have kept all my lines open and running, and at an unbelievable rate. I switched to Drain Doctors after a different drain cleaning company told me I needed to replace my line from the alley to the house to the tune of $10,000.00. My neighbor has used Drain Doctors for years and said I should give them a try, I did. I’ve used them since 1990 twice, sometimes three times a year. Never was a believer of preventative maintenance, but let me tell you I am NOW. In the past 20 years the money I have paid isn’t even close to the 10K the other company wanted. Can’t say enough good things about these guys!

My husband and I are so pleased with the professionalism of all the staff. Riley's and Joel's knowledge and skills saved us thousands of dollars. We were told by another company that we would need to replace out sewer. We called Drain Doctors (recommended to us by my sister), they were out to our house quickly and opened our line with a tools that uses water. Our line has been working without any problems for several weeks without any problems. I wish we would have called them first and not wasted the $$ with the other company. We paid with our VISA; found the secretary to be very pleasant and helpful when it did not get approved the first time. This is a first rate company and the only one we will ever use again.

This company is a must for drain problems. I called at 8:30 am and they were at my house by 12:00 noon and fixed my disposal in record time without the sales pitch that I need a new one and charged me what I think is a minimal amount for such quick service! Thank you so much--single women need to know they have help out there!

Problem: Sewer plugged from tree roots....... Big Problem: This happened on Labor day week-end (Sunday). All I could imagine "Big Bucks" $$$$$$???Solution: I contacted 3 plumbers with no help available. I then contacted "Drain Doctors" They responded within 2hr. I found them to be very professional, efficient and there was no additional charge for the Sun & holiday call. The price was more than reasonable. This is a father & son operation w/ the son (Riley) responding to our needs. Thank you
