They lie. Their ads make them sound oh so courteous and honest, but wait till you actually book them. Avoid these jerks. I was given the choice of morn or afternoon visit, and they'd call to let me know of arrival time. Well, that's crap. The whole morning went by without any phone call, nobody showed up, and when I called to question why, they hung up. I called back and they said if I was going to have that attitude (daring to ask for an explanation I suppose) then I should take my business elsewhere, it was -30C and they were backlogged. I pointed out that phones still work in -30C, why not call and update the customer? No response. HIRE ANYBODY BUT THESE JERKS!! Very ignorant, despite the BS in their ads and testimonials.

I wanted a fully licensed company. I was lead to believe this company was. After time with the BBB and The Arizona Registrar of Contractors, I cannot find any license for this company. BEWARE

I was tremendously impressed by don and manny of drainpro. Scheduling a service call was a breeze thanks to a wonderful scheduler. They came on time and all of their work matched the estimate I was given. They were also kind enough to provide us with a senior citizen dicount. They were also generous enough to educate us on another problem area in the house in our main bathroom that we have had for a decade. I would love for them to return when I have another issue. Even though Im sure all the plumbers are great at drainpro next time Im requesting for don or manny.

Truly a great experience. Not only was I satisfied...I was delighted. First class, stand up people. After a 3 day ordeal with another plumber I called the Drainpros who quickly came to my rescue. The other guys wanted to jerk me around where Drainpros came out and got to work fixing my issues. I won't look anywhere else for a plumber.

I am a single woman and It is hard to find a Plumber that is honest. I found them to be honest and the price for my leak was right along with all of the other Plumbers I called. I will use them over again in the future. The problem was solved in a timely manner. And I also have a great warranty on all of the work that was preformed

Drain Pro is by far the best! I have never had better service. I called for emergency service and Don was there within 20 minutes. He fixed the problem fast and efficiently. I will always use Drain Pro. Very cheap, and very polite.

Drain Pro is an amazing business. They have serviced my house plenty of times. Everytime they came they were very polite and proffecional. They are both affordable and fast. As for the person who wrote the review below me about how they are scumbags and scammers, i couln't DISAGREE more. I think NBC did them wrong. I used to be a plumber and if they unscrewed the waterheater like that and i didn't know i would have thought they needed a new waterheater. Waterheater's do not unscrew themselves. Nobody would unscrew it and leave the electric on like in NBC, which can cause the waterheater to blow up. Her entire garage could have gone. Also, did you know NBC called out 10 plumbing companies and 8/10 said she needed a new waterheater? I hope this does not affect Drain Pro. I will still always use them. They are by far the best.

Congrats to these scumbags. They are somehow able to live with themselves while trying to scam a woman into replacing a perfectly good water heater, as seen on Dateline NBC. I can only imagine how many countless customers they've completely scammed before. BEWARE- if you use their services and especially if that guy Don shows up, then you may very well end up being lied to and scammed out of your hard earned money.

Another sad but funny point- it appears as though they are making a feeble attempt to combat the Dateline episode by posting some BS on their website regarding water heaters exploding, which is what Don told the lady could happen to her water heater as a reason for her to replace it....and of course no public apology or acknowledgment that they even made a mistake or lied. What crooks plain and simple.

I finally found the type of professionals I want to come back if I ever have another plumbing issue. They were very nice people and acted in a very professional manner. I was frantic having to deal with a plumbing issue, but they calmed me down assuring me everything would be ok. And boy it really was. The giant leak I thought I had turned out to be nothing but a clogged drain. Drainpro guys took care of it and were on their way. And all for a reasonable price.

Couldn't Imagine a better plumber. Their service and the quality work was unsurpassed. Came through for me on a difficult job. Was very informative. Kept my house clean. Treated my dog like it was his own. Great guys! Thank u:). Will call again.

DrainPro came out immediately and located clean outs that other plumbers stated didn’t exist on the property or they didn’t have the equipment to locate. They immediately cleaned out blockage from home to street and placed a camera through to determine the cause of the blockage. Result was coupling from the city to residential pipe is plagued with oleander roots. Two guys completed entire job with incredible equipment for $270 on a Sunday! Other companies were going to go straight on the roof and snake for $470 and $350…

Drain Pro Plumbers were great. They were recommended from a family member. They did a speedy diagnosis and fixed the problem while they were here. I'll use again if needed. What I loved most about the service. After they were done with the repair, the manager from the office called to make sure my service was great and welcomed me to Drainpro. I thought that was so nice. Love their business practices. No wonder they have been around since 1985 with great ratings. Kudos to These guys.

They gave great advice on keeping from having a problem in the future. They were great. I will use over and over again when I need. thank you.

I would like to thank Drainpro plumbing for making the repairs of our nightmarish slab leak a pleasant experience. Aside from being extremely crafted at his trade and self confident with his skill level to work at a steady pace without the need for rushing the job, Don was professional, punctual, and courteous. Equally important, he maintained communication keeping me aprised of any changes in scheduling or other work related details. Reaching Don for answers to questions required nothing more than placing a phone call. Your companys work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction is what I expect when paying for professional services but, a seldom experience in todays rapidly eroding culture. Drainpro responded quickly to my call, once they determined that the issue was with my drain, they snaked it out. And they ran a camera down at no additional charge just to see why it backed up. They did a great job finding the problem and repairing the problem. They cleaned up and left my place spotless. Thanks for the permanent solution.

I had to write a review for my plumber TJ. He is a very well spoken, kind, and excellent plumber. Ive had to call him to my house twice and both times have been great. He keeps my house clean, he lays down cloths to put his equipment on. He wears protective shoe coverings on his boots. I really appreciate all he does. He goes the extra mile everytime he services us. He always cleans up very well when he's finished and he even gives us a courtesy follow up call to make sure everything is just right. He is now on my call log and I will refer and reccommend him to everyone who needs a great plumber.

I had a slab leak underneath my tub in my brand new remodeled bathroom. I was freaking out because I just spent all that money on remodeling. I called for a plumber. That same day i had two guys arrive at the door. Manny and Don. Two of the best plumbers I've ever had work done by. They were great. After verifying that I did have a slab leak under my tub, They devised a plan to abandon the old leaking line and reroute through the celings. I felt so relieved we were not gonna have to rip out the tub and all my new tile. Thanks to the intuitive thinking from these guys I saved a ton of money. Over the next few hours they rerouted the line and got my leak all fixed. It was a high level of service from drainpro. Thank you.

I had a clogged toilet because my son flushed down the toilet paper holder. Being a single mother with 3 children I couldn't afford to call a plumber. I saw a drain cleaning special from drainpro plumbing and gave them a call. When the technicians Don & manny arrived they got to work trying to snake out the toilet. After 30 minutes they couldn't clear it and informed me they would have to pull the toilet off the floor and take it outside and try to clear it from the bottom of the toilet. I started crying because i couldn't even afford to spend $20 more. I told them I would have to leave the toilet clogged because I just couldn't afford it. Don and Manny took it upon themselves to pull out my toilet at no charge. Needless to say I was completely shocked! They felt bad for my situation and wanted to help out a poor single mother in need. For the next hour they worked on getting out the toilet paper holder. It was jammed in there so tight they started thinking they may need to replace the toilet. They kept trying for me and finally got it. Im so thankful these two great guys had a heart for my situation. If not for them I would still have a clogged toilet that I couldn't afford to get cleared. Thank you so much Drainpro and Don and Manny. You were wonderful. I'll be forever grateful.

Don from Drainpro plumbing came to our home to install a water heater. He was punctual, very polite, and friendly. His work was top quality at a reasonable price. I highly recommend his service.
