I hired and paid Events To Go for photography & videography services for my wedding. Days before my wedding Events To Go told me that a 3rd party would do the videography for my wedding. This person fell and broke the video camera before my reception even began. I wasn't made aware of the situation until halfway through the reception. He did not have a back up camera nor did he try to obtain one. I've tried to reach John Trudeau (owner of ETG) several times in the last 14 months. He refuses to return my calls. I paid him thousands of dollars and I have no video or pictures for my wedding.......no physical memory for our wedding that took us 10 years to save up for. I have no choice but to settle the situation in court.
