I've been going there 6 1/2 years & I refuse to go anywhere else. I love it! They're very funny & sweet people doing some fine quality work.

Worst service EVER!!! Been there a couple of times thinking the lady was just having a bad day but each time she was the same - rude, short, rough, and other than the initial greeting, didn't speak English the whole time! When I addressed concerns about my nails, she argued with me denying the acrylic was popping up like I was some ignorant girl who didn't know what I was talking about and just trying to argue. It was totally uncalled for considering I was talking very calmly. When I said I'll just paint my nails at home, she went to run my credit card without even telling me how much it was and snapped at me for asking. When I voiced my complaints about her poor customer service she started yelling without even listening to what I was saying creating a huge scene like I had done something wrong by questioning her about my horrible nail job.

I've never been treated SO poorly on all my years of getting my nails done. Just because you have had some bad experiences with some of "us" doesn't give you the right to treat all of "us" the same. But I will NEVER be back and I will encourage others to stay away from your ignorance.
