I am agree with all the other comments, the company took my car for no reason and when I called to discuss things and ask questions, they treated me with zero respect and hung up on me in the middle of the conversation.
I do not recommend this company to anyone

This company is the worst. The employees are rude and not help at all. I was hung up on and I when to put up my vehicle the gentleman snatched me money from my hand, as I start to drive my car I realized my vehicle was not driving right. I call to make DTR aware of the damage that they had made. I was told to call my insurance company. If I could give a negative rate I would. They should not be in business

Dtr towing is literally the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their customer service is disgusting. They are hateful and speak to you with zero respect. I will never use them ever again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is the lowest. People used to call lawyers "ambulance chasers", well these guys are worse. My friend parked her car to pick up her son from a friends house. Walked back to her car a few minutes later and it was gone. These guys had been "stalking" her and picked it up as soon as she had walked away. It was legally parked, and they towed it anyway. Sidenote, my friends son has type 1 diabetes and all of his care supplies were in the car. Did DTR towing care...no. All they wanted was their money to return the car. The car that should never have been towed in the first place. There is a special place in hell for people that constantly take advantage of others. Good luck once you get there DTR towing!

My car was towed from my parking court by DTR early morning. I had parked in the entrance to the court because there were no available spots when I got home from work(I didn't block the entrance).I had to pay $160 to DTR to get my car back,and they made NO attempt to let me know they towed it,I had to call the police. I was told they drove past and saw it. So apparently,they are paid a kickback of sometype from the HOA in addition to getting the towing money. I understand I was not in a parking spot,but my daughter was going out there as she went to work(6am)and move it. The fee was more than 2 days worth of work for me-I need a job as a tow truck operator! And yes, I was mad when I picked up my car. They had it extremely close to a wall and another car,so had to get them to move the car next to me. IF I have to actually call a towing company, will not call them!

Very dishonest towing company. They pick up cars in parking lots that are LEGALLY parked. They are out to make a buck off of honest people, it is a real shame.
