Horrible company. They gave me a bad address, I found the person and now the say, literally week after week, "The check's in the mail." This place is an absolute joke.

Due Process USA is one of the best service companies I had the pleasure to work with. Their staff is very knowledge and polite. Every time I had defendant's that needed to be located, Due Process USA's staff always we able to track them down and serve them! Also their prices are so reasonable. I was working with another servicing company who charged me double what Due Process did and they didn't do any work! I'd never have any complaints about Due Process USA and I will continue to use them as long as I can!

Dealing with this company is a nightmare. It takes forever to get an affidavit of service that is useful in Indiana from them, even after you instruct them how it should read. Mr. Parker spoke to me in a very disrespectiveful and argumentative manner.

These guys are awful. They couldn't find the person I hired them to find and serve papers on. I found them instead and they still charged me! They also served the wrong people in another case when I gave them a second chance. They never kept me up to date on what was going on and they let the date the papers needed to be served by, pass. Find someone that knows what they are doing.

I would never ever use Due Process again. They were totally incompetent and inept. Find someone else that knows what they are doing. They couldnt find the person I needed and served the documents to the wrong address after I found the person for them! Terrible, dont ever use them.
