Don't do it! They are a broker, they contract out for dumpsters. They have no control over the company they use. They placed the dumpster, which had wet sand and garbage in it, at the front of my driveway. No way in, no way out. When I asked for it to be removed they said "not till Monday everyone has left", it was Friday... Now I have a smelly dumpster in the front of my driveway and no way to park any cars and I have to deal with it for the next three days. The customer service representative was nice but could do absolutely nothing to assist me. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

We have two right now @ our condos in Peoria. One has already been filled and emptied once and returned, gave everyone a chance to "spring clean". Everyone was pleased to see Kev's Kan.

I call and select my request for residential dumpster, then the automated phone tells me Good Bye and hangs up. POS.

Not very reliable feels like a big scam

I wanted a local dumpster provider and was able to find it through DumpsterDirect. The toll free number enabled me to enter my zipcode and connected me directly through the local service provider. Worked out great. Driver was polite and on time. I ordered portable toilets also which they had on special. Overall friendly and helpful.
