They were over price by 35% but explained that their meticulous standards were worth it.To begin with they did no prep on the walls, like the seams and the one large hole that they did patch, but forgot to sand the edges, So after two coats, i could see the patch and then they re-patched and sanded, but the area flashed extremely bad. Also cut lines were up on the ceiling, then down under the ceiling by 1/2 in. And one of there helpers spilled 1/2 can of red paint on the carpet where they didn't have a drop down . Offered to have his insurance cover it, so i got 2 estimates, but come to find out his insurance had expired two month earlier and even if payed up to date, they still wouldn't cover anything, So i tried to deducted it out of the final payment which mad him very upset, so much that he didnt come back to finish one wall. Over all a terrible experience and much less with no insurance could of been a major disaster.!!!!!!!!!! STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR !!!!!!!!
