Tried the Tacoma store after the Puyallup store was a bust. Spoke with James yesterday and he scheduled a tech to come out today between 10 and 12. They didn't show!! My wife called the store and again spoke with James. He said he'd get a hold of the tech and see where he is and call her back in a few minutes, It's now 1:45 and still no call back , No answer at the store too. Looks like they are as bad as the Puyallup location.

Same voice on both answering machines!!! What does that tell you?



Well here it is 8 PM and nothing from Dunrite. They don't answer their phones which has a full mail box so we can't add any more messages.



I think it's time to contact someone from the state who can do some reviews and see if these guys have any other complaints.

Fast,quality,professional service. Called around today to get my door glass fixed that was broken last night by some lowlife losers. Called my insurance company and they put me thru to safelite glass which they "highly recommended" never will take their recommendation again. After being on hold for at least 15mins they finally answered only to find out they couldn't get someone out to fix it until Wednesday,hello its saturday can't wait that long sorry. Btw ms safelite out of state answering person, Puyallup is in Washington. I Called around and Dunrite auto glass picked up with in 3 rings,made me feel like they truly cared about my loss and had a technician at my door step in about 2 hours. Technicians was very professional,knowledgeable and polite.He had my glass fixed in about 40mins, and also cleaned up all the glass. Thank you for your quick service today. Will definitely refer you guys to anyone who needs there glass fixed.

OMG James was so awesome!!! A vandal had broken out my front and back windows and I needed them replaced asap. I had called all the other big name glass places that you see on T.V. and they couldnt get the job done till 5-7 days later. When I called Dunrite, James was able to replace both the same day and for less than what the other guys would do the job for. THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Best service I have received from an auto repair facility. I want to thank you guys for your excellent customer service and superior workmanship today. My windshield got hit by a rock yesterday on my way home from work. I googled auto glass and picked Dunrite auto glass because of all the other great reviews from other customers,im glad I did(and here is one more),I have learned the hard way before about just picking joe schmo out of the book. They came to my work the next day,arrived on time(even called 30mins. before arriving to let me know they where on their way) did an awesome job,handled all of the insurance paper work and even gave me a coupon for $25.00 off my next service.I will most definitely be recommending you guys to my friends.If your reading this,please take my advice and choose dunrite auto glass if you want great service!

Excellent service from start to finish!!!! I have had other company's fix my glass in the past but never again. Dunrite will be the only one that will ever touch my vehicle again. They showed up at my work on-time, technician was clean, professional and very thorough. He even went above and beyond by cleaning not only the windshield glass when done but all the other windows too. The price was exactly as quoted with no hidden fees-i.e. disposal fees,travel charge etc. like the other companys.Thanks again for the Excellent service and will be recommending you guys to all my freinds and family and also to anybody who needs glass in their vehicle. Great service. I had my windshield replaced by Dunrite Auto Glass. The service was efficient,professional, and thorough.The techniician called ahead to let me know exactly when to expect him, arrived promptly, and dealt with the insurance company.I highly recommend this company
