Provided by YP.comThe hygienists and dentists are very nice, yet need to be much more attentive to their patient's records. I have gone in many times and had extensive work done, yet twice now I have had to correct them on the location of a cavity and remind them every single time that I had root canals on certain teeth because they refuse to make a note of it in my file. I don't feel like that's something that I should be having to tell them...they should be aware of this on their own...Also, the front office manager is rude and makes very little effort to contact insurance if there is any little issue. This began as a great experience my first few times and has progressively gotten worse each time I go back. I will not return.

Provided by YP.comMy son went to Dunwoody Family Dentistry for emergency dental sevices. He was referred there by 1-800-dentist. He required treatment for which he was charged $1300. the day he presented. He was scheduled for a second appointment to complete the procedure. When he went for his second appointment he was asked for an additional $200.+. He was never told there would be additional charges and was in fact led to believe that $1300. was the total charge for the procedure. Later, when he checked into seeing another dentist nearer his home he was quoted, by several dentists, less than 1/2 what Dunwoody Family Dentistry had charged him for the same procedure.
