UNETHICAL AND ILLEGAL. Attempted to illegally draft money from my business account after we formally terminated their services. They wanted to bill over $250 "because of your pts calling the wrong number" despite us changing all posted number and our voicemail.
- If they pursue this I will contact the better business bureau
- This is akin to billing a stranger because someone mistakenly calls as our contract is long since terminated.

Best billing service out there. The owner has a great personality and is fun and easy to talk to. She runs her company well and I would definitely recommend. If you're looking for a great billing company, look no further. 10 out of 10

The owner of this billing service allows her independent contractors to work her physician billing on their own personal laptops, accessing medical records on hundreds of patients. This is a major HIPAA violation!!! Anybody in the vicinity of the biller's laptop can look through personal, confidential records for their own personal gain!!!!! Medical records are most likely bought and sold this way.......The owner also does not perform a background or criminal check on her staff when she hires them, so anybody can be viewing these records, and passing them on to common criminals. This unethical |business" should be avoided at all costs!!!

DO NOT ALLOW DYER MEDICAL BILLING TO SCREW UP YOUR MEDICAL BILLING!!!!!

This disorganized mess of a "billing company" took one month of my practice's claims. mis-coded all claims with the wrong modifiers, and then blamed it on our doctors!!! Sure Dyer Medical Billing charges a low monthly fee, but saving a few dollars put my practice in a whole lot of trouble. And the owner is a deceitful liar, hard to reach when you need her, and then she only will communicate by emails. Spend a little more money, and stay away from this corrupt mess!
