We have only had service for a short time but so far we are very pleased with the service. They have been nice,professional, prompt and make sure that the trash is picked up off the ground. They turn our cans upside down with the lids placed beside each can.

This is the absolute worse trash "service" I have ever encountered. Every Tuesday and Friday I come home to find my trash cans thrown in the ditch with the lids somewhere between the street and my yard. The employees are rude and unprofessional. I tried calling in a complaint but their telephone number is disconnected. Please try another waste service.

Finally just cancelled our service after a string of missed pick ups. Trash still sitting on curb waiting for our new company to start next week and clean up the mess E & K left us in. They charge $20 per month for twice weekly pick ups, and the company I switched to charges $17 per month for once weekly pick up PLUS recycling pick up.

The people at E&K I speak to on the phone are nice, but they aren't holding up their end of the bargain and picking up our trash. There's no way we don't have it out on time - we've literally had our trash can out for 14 days straight and it hasn't been emptied.

Very bad service....would rather pay triple and get good service!
