Went off the road last week in first winter storm. Driver Rick was awesome and took care of us until police arrived. He then took us to Muskegon for a free rental car. Great service and thanks for stopping!

Charged more than what i was initially told on top of they charged for five days on the lot when it was only there for four days.

It took them about an hour to get to me and charged me $130 for a ten mile tow. My car is small, it was not like they towed an SUV. The driver was a really nice guy but the price was a little too much and as a result I would not recommend them.

I wouldn't ever use this company again.

My insurance company doesn't even use them so I had to pay out of my pocket, and they didn't even tell me this til they got to me .They ripped me off with the high charges.

Their attitudes are terrible and it took forever waiting for them to get to me.

I called and complained but it got me no where.

I would not recommend this company.

Fast, professional and super friendly. Even showed my kids around the truck- my 5 year old boy was thrilled. I will recommend you to anyone, and use you again ( not too soon I hope)

Our family broke down on US 31 last week and we called this company to come and rescue us and they came out quick and towed us in. Highly recommend this company to everyone.
