I just wanted to let you know how proud I have been of the fountain that you installed for me in my backyard. It has been easy to maintain and has been a lovely place that I can go to in my backyard to relax. Whenever I have called with a question, you always make me feel like you want to help me and that you remember my project. It sometimes feels like customer service is a forgotten "art", but its great to know that it matters to you.
