I'm sorry the other person had a bad experience, but I've been a client for over 2 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I've only seen one counselor, but I have talked to a number of people and they all seem lovely. Additionally, I really feel that my depression has gotten better since I started coming. This is the first therapist who has ever really had me work on my thinking processes not just listened to me talk. I would tell my best friend to make an appointment (in fact I have).
